Steve Cummins takes 1st place at Grand - 3 fish limit 13 lbs 9 oz!

Stormy weather started out the evening, but morning came with a big bunch of fish coming to the scales. Steve Cummins found Grand Lake be be in its prime, bringing a 3 fish limit to the scales weighing 13 lbs 9 oz. Second place was secured by Al Nelson with another 3 fish limit weighing 11 lbs 11 oz. Jerry Higgins took third place with 3 fish weighing 9 lbs 13 oz after an 8 oz deduction for one dead fish. Big Bass award went to Al Nelson with a nice 5 lb 14 oz fish just edging out Steve's big fish of 5 lbs 8 oz. Everyone used good safety sense when the storms rolled through finding safe haven where they could and the fishing resumed as the lightening moved out of the area.
